Andrew (or Chappers to most) has been directing comedy for the last 15 years. Engaging, funny stories with strong performances are what he's best known for.

He cut his comedy teeth directing short-form for TV and online; including FIERY HAWK, a breakout viral hit, which all these later is still talked about as one of the most accurate, cringeworthy depictions of the audition room.

Since 2015 he's been directing long-form narrative series. From the multi-BAFTA winning ALMA'S NOT NORMAL for the BBC to the critically acclaimed GAMEFACE for Channel 4 and Hulu. He directed all three series of the Rose D'Or nominated comedy thriller WITLESS for BBC 3, as well as the physical comedy MISTER WINNER for BBC Two. In 2022 he was lead director on THE FULL MONTY, an 8 part series of the beloved 90s film for Disney +.

Alongside his TV work, Andrew shoots commercials. He's worked on campaigns for clients such as VOLKSWAGEN, CARPHONE WAREHOUSE, CARTE D'OR, CANDY CRUSH, CONFIDANTE, BEECHAMS, ROYAL KINGDOM. 

He lives in London, regularly gets told he looks like Jack Whitehall and hates frankfurters.
